Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on Roko-agent are delivered as digital downloads (guides, templates, toolkits, decks, worksheets, scripts). Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of these downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded.


2. Eligibility for Refund

We will consider a refund only under the following circumstances:

  • You have purchased the wrong product by mistake (e.g., duplicate order).
  • You have been unable to download or access the file due to technical issues on our end—and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report.
  • The digital file is demonstrably corrupted or incomplete.

Requests outside of these criteria will be denied to protect the integrity of our intellectual property and to maintain fairness for our community.


3. Refund Request Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email support@roko-agent.com with the subject “Refund Request” within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, include:
    • Order number and date of purchase
    • Exact product name
    • Reason for request
    • Screenshots or error logs if applicable
  3. Review & Response: Our support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve your case within 3 business days.
  4. Approval & Reversal: If approved, we will process your refund through the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

If a refund is not applicable but you wish to exchange one product for another of equal or lesser value, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit valid for 12 months. Email support with your order details and desired exchange product.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute directly with your payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to deny future sales and access to our digital library. Please reach out to support so we can resolve any issues amicably.


6. Technical Support Guarantee

Even if a refund is not granted, we are committed to ensuring you can use your purchased product as intended. For any technical difficulties—file access, formatting, or compatibility—contact support and we will provide assistance at no extra charge.


7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in legal requirements or operational improvements. The “Effective Date” at the top will indicate when the current version was published. Continued use of our site after any revisions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
